Poslední dobou až příliš často odvracíme hlavu stranou a díváme se jinam, když vidíme něco ošklivého. Raději sledujeme falešný svět ve virtuální realitě a na zem se vracíme jen v okamžicích, kdy před sebou sledujeme smečku zuřivých psů, kteří před námi trhají nějakého nebožáka na kusy. Někde uvnitř máme ukryté pradávné pudy, které mě osobně trošku děsí. Máme skvělé technologie, ale jinak jsme se příliš neposunuli.
Bývá pro mě potom skvělé a osvěžující, když se mi dostanou do rukou podobné desky, jako ta od NERVOCHAOS. Brazilská legenda, která ve své tvorbě míchá ty nejohavnější death, black a thrash metalové ingredience. Poctivá, činorodá kapela ze starých dobrých časů, která i letos působí jako smečka rozzuřených pitbulů.
"All Colors Of Darkness" je neskutečná jízda v rezavém vlaku, který nelze zastavit. Od začátku, až do konce. Žádné kompromisy, žádné zbytečnosti. Vše je ohlodané až na kost, neskutečně návykové a energické, stejně jako koncerty, které jsem měl čest navštívit. Nevím, jestli se u podobných skupin může mluvit o vlivech, ale zde slyším odkazy třeba takových VADER, KRISIUN, SINISTER, MORBID ANGEL, MALEVOLENT CREATION. Deska je samozřejmě zabalena ve vlastních nápadech a NERVOCHAOS poznáte vždy ihned po několika tónech. Riffy jsou nabroušené jako skalpely zvrhlých patologů, zvuk pálí a žhne (Brendan Duffey), vokalista má hlas démona a motiv z obalu chci mít na tričku (Néstor Ávalos). Viděli jste někdy šelmu, která byla několik let přivázaná řetězem ke zdi? Když poslouchám letošní desku, tak doslova cítím, že řetěz byl přetrhnut a touha po krvi se nedá ovládnout. Líbí se mi přístup, jakým kapela ke své morbidní práci přistupuje, oceňuji nadšení a samozřejmě naprostou oddanost metalu. Navíc cítím, slyším, že Brazilce neskutečně baví hrát. Agresivita, nakumulovaný vztek. Tohle vše se na mě při poslechu přeneslo a "All Colors Of Darkness" jsem si dával do hlavy vždy s nadšením a velkou chutí. Poslední dobou až příliš často odvracíme hlavu stranou a díváme se jinam, když vidíme něco ošklivého. NERVOCHAOS nám říkají pravdu. Vymáchají vám obličej ve špinavé kaluži z krve, tmy a utrpení. Maniakální death metalové album, které vás provede peklem! Skvěle!

Too often lately we turn our heads away and look away when we see something ugly. We prefer to watch a fake world in virtual reality and only come back down to earth when we see a pack of ferocious dogs tearing some poor guy apart in front of us. Somewhere inside us, we have ancient instincts that personally scare me a little. We've got great technology, but we haven't made much progress otherwise.
It is then great and refreshing for me when I get my hands on similar records like the one from NERVOCHAOS. A Brazilian legend that mixes the most hideous death, black and thrash metal ingredients in their work. An honest, energetic band from the good old days, which even this year seems like a pack of angry pit bulls.
"All Colors Of Darkness" is a surreal ride on a rusty train that can't be stopped. From the beginning to the end. No compromises, no uselessness. Everything is gnawed to the bone, incredibly addictive and energetic, just like the shows I've had the pleasure of attending. I don't know if you can talk about influences in similar bands, but here I hear references to such bands as VADER, KRISIUN, SINISTER, MORBID ANGEL, MALEVOLENT CREATION. The album is of course wrapped in its own ideas and you will always recognize NERVOCHAOS after a few notes. The riffs are sharpened like the scalpels of perverted pathologists, the sound burns and glows (Brendan Duffey), the vocalist has the voice of a demon and the motif from the cover I want on my t-shirt (Néstor Ávalos). Have you ever seen a beast that's been chained to a wall for years? Listening to this year's record, I literally feel that the chain has been broken and the bloodlust is uncontrollable. I like the way the band approaches their morbid work, I appreciate the enthusiasm and of course the total dedication to metal. Moreover, I feel, I hear that the Brazilians are incredibly fun to play. Aggression, accumulated rage. All this was transferred to me while listening and I always put "All Colors Of Darkness" in my head with great enthusiasm and great taste. Too often these days we turn our heads away and look away when we see something ugly. NERVOCHAOS are telling us the truth. They wash your face in a filthy pool of blood, darkness and suffering. A maniacal death metal album that will take you through hell! Great!
