Já i francouzská kapela IMPUREZA. Ta velmi umně kombinuje rytmus flamenca, španělské texty a technicky pojatý death metal.

Asphyx says:

I am dancing alone on sharp spikes of glass, I continue to dance on heated firebrands, I dance in the fire, in the heat. I dance in the rhythm of the infinite flamenco.

There used to be times when I really liked to dance. I like the connection between music and movement. And add some death metal to it to find out and today´s reviewed band should be listened to. I have to admit that we are at the same level. I and the French band IMPUREZA. They really know how to combine the rhythm of flamenco, Spanish lyrics and technical death metal. Seemingly disparate elements, what do you think? But it works!

If we wanted to compare the album “La Caída De Tonatiuh” to the work of other band, it would be very difficult. But I will still try. Similar work was done by bands like FLAMETAL, RAZA DE ODIO but also the guitar master Marc Rizzo. But just take my comparisons as an examples. It would be good if you just open a bottle of a really good wine and let a nice girl to dance in front of you while listening to this new album. Flamenco has the main word here. Death metal seems to be like a background, sometimes even too in the back. It is not only the music which is interesting but also the lyrics which are full of Aztecs and Spanish history. The whole album might be difficult to listen at first, but I think that a person who thinks about music will like this album in the end. Great death metal in the flamenco rhythm!
