Tajemství se ukrývá v mrazivé temnotě! To ví asi každý, kdo se někdy toulal v noci zasněženou krajinou. Mám rád studený vítr ve tváři, miluji křupající sníh pod nohama. Kolem pak ožívají síly, o nichž nemáte normálně ani ponětí. Za stromem si dávají rande démoni s duchy lesa. Našlapuji tiše, nerad bych se stal opět lovenou zvěří. Svět je zde ještě opravdový, upřímný, syrový a smrt je samozřejmou součástí života.

Svět je zde ještě opravdový, upřímný, syrový a smrt je samozřejmou součástí života.
V death metalu asi neexistuje kapela, která by měla tak jasný a zřetelný rukopis jako švédští UNLEASHED. Na jejich deskách se ve skvělém poměru potkávají studené melodie s nářezovými pasážemi. Mají cit pro harmonie, gradaci skladeb, celkový dojem. Předaných emocí je vždy velká spousta a novinka "The Hunt for White Christ" není výjimkou.
Příběhy, vyprávěné na nové desce, jsou neskutečným způsobem uvěřitelné. Mám slabost pro severské melodie, pro chlad a mráz, pro odpovědi, které se ukrývají v závějích. UNLEASHED samozřejmě nepřinášejí nic nového, hudebně spíše dále osekávají drahokam, který kdysi sami nalezli. Mám rád, když kapela odvede dobré řemeslo a přidá navíc kus sebe sama, když si desku pustím a mrazí mě kolem páteře. "The Hunt for White Christ" je pro mě dílem, které na mě opět neskutečně funguje. Je v něm vše, co mám na UNLEASHED rád, plus navíc temné chvění, které zde cítím na každém kroku. Oproti předchozím počinům je letošní zásek opět o něco víc melodičtější a osobně mi připadá magičtější, mystičtější. Představte si zasněženou horu, na jejímž vrcholku stojíte a koukáte do dálky. Máte dvě možnosti, buď skočíte a budete poslouchat UNLEASHED s chutí. Nebo se otočíte a půjdete pryč. Myslím, že mezi tím nic neexistuje. Je doufám jasné, jaký směr jsem zvolil já - létám ve větru. Letošní album je pro mě parádním černým krystalem, vybroušeným k dokonalosti!

The secret is hiding in the frozen darkness! This is known by everyone, who was sometimes wandered through the snowy countryside in the night. I like the cold winter in my face and the crunching snow under my feet. Then the nature forces you didn’t know before, are activated everywhere around. The demons and the forest ghosts meet behind the trees. I am walking gently and quietly because I don’t want to become a hunting victim again. The world here is so pure, so honest, raw and Death is the obvious part of all.
There is no death metal band that would have so clear and straightforward handwriting as the Swedish UNLEASHED. On their records, the cold melodies meet the powerful passages in the greatly balanced ratio. They have a sense for the harmonies, gradation of the songs and the overall impression from the music. Every time there is a huge amount of transferred emotions and the new album "The Hunt for White Christ" is not an exception.
The stories, which are telling on the new record, are incredibly believable. I have a weakness for the Nordic melodies, the cold, and frost as well as the answers hiding in the snow drifts. Of course, UNLEASHED doesn’t bring anything new. Concerning the music, they gradually grind the diamond, which they found in their early beginnings. I like when the band makes the good craft and additionally adds the piece of its soul. When I listen to this album, I feel freezing at my back. "The Hunt for White Christ" is the record, which really impresses me. There is everything that I love in connection with UNLEASHED plus additional dark trembling, which I feel everywhere. Compared to the previous records, this album is more melodic again. Personally, I consider it more magic and mysterious. Imagine the snow-covered hill, you are on the top of this hill and watch into the distance. You have two choices, either you jump and will listen to UNLEASHED, or you turn around and go away. I think there is nothing between. I hope that it is clear which direction I chose - I'm flying in the wind. This year's album is a great black crystal, which was polished into the perfection for me!
