Událostí posledních let jasně ukazují, že jsme na pokraji apokalypsy. Zničené lidské životy, žádné svědomí. Ovládáni na dálku přes obrazovky sledujeme absolutní rozpad osobností. Jdi a zabíjej! Nejsledovanější výzva ze všech. Nic lidi nezaujme tolik, jako smrt v přímém přenosu. Jde už jenom o to, jaká hudba nám bude hrát na ulicích, až začne rabování. Měl bych pro vás jeden tip. Novinka polských MORRATH je více než vhodná. Obsahuje v sobě totiž velké množství tlaku, tmy a energie.
V roce 2021 mě zaujalo již předešlé EP "Inhumanity Enthroned", které jsem si dával do hlavy velmi často a s velkou chutí. Nové album je dalším pokračováním, nekompromisní jízdou od začátku do konce. Smrt má nové jméno a vy přidejte pořádně hlasitost.
MORRATH se v letech 2017 - 2021 jmenovali PROWLER a mohu vám je také doporučit. Poláci jsou jako jezdci apokalypsy, kteří přijeli všem ukázat, jak má vypadat death metalová zkáza. Ve stylu DEICIDE, SUFFOCATION, MORBID ANGEL, ale třeba i SLAYER, vás spálí na popel. Masakrující zvuk, spousta vzteku, špíny a hnisu. Tohle všechno na novém albu naleznete. Nahrávka má skvělý zabijácký zvuk, morbidní obal, po formální stránce je vše v nejlepším pořádku. Dívám se do tmy, umírám a znovu se rodím. Pro mě je asi nejdůležitější, že mě baví desku poslouchat. Rád se k ní vracím. Má v sobě totiž vše, co od dobrého death metalu požaduji. Tlak, energii, vztek, síru a smrad. "Centuries of Blindness" je ozvěnou ze starých plesnivých katakomb. Kapele se povedlo mě pověsit na háky. V prašivé kobce, v hlubokém podzemí, kam se budeme muset všichni brzy schovat, až na Zemi vypukne peklo. Novinku poslouchejte v absolutní tmě a chladu, pak nejlépe vynikne její síla. Probudila ve mě pradávné noční můry, postupně vstoupila do mých děsivých snů. Jedná se o jeden z mých soukromých objevů tohoto roku. Až jednou vylezu z podzemí na povrch, všichni už budou dávno mrtví. Zničené domy, spálená města. Jaderný smog a z reproduktorů bude všude zní nové album "Centuries of Blindness". Morbidní, zničující death metalová dystopie! Temná apokalypsa!

In 2021, I was already attracted by the previous EP "Inhumanity Enthroned", which I put in my head very often and with great gusto. The new album is a continuation, an uncompromising ride from start to finish. Death has a new name and you turn up the volume properly.
MORRATH were called PROWLER in 2017-2021 and I can recommend them to you as well. The Polish guys are like the horsemen of the apocalypse who came to show everyone how death metal destruction should look like. In the style of DEICIDE, SUFFOCATION, MORBID ANGEL, but maybe even SLAYER, they will burn you to ashes. Massacring sound, lots of rage, filth and pus. You will find all this on the new album. The record has a great killer sound, morbid cover art, formally everything is in the best order. I'm looking into the darkness, dying and being born again. I guess the most important thing for me is that I enjoy listening to the record. I like coming back to it. It's got everything I want in a good death metal record. The pressure, the energy, the rage, the brimstone and the stink. "Centuries of Blindness" is an echo from the moldy catacombs of old. The band has managed to hang me up by my own bootstraps. In a dingy dungeon, deep underground, where we'll all have to hide soon when all hell breaks loose on Earth. Listen to the new album in absolute darkness and cold, that's when its power shines through. It awakened ancient nightmares in me, gradually entering my terrifying dreams. This is one of my private discoveries of the year. Once I emerge from the underground, everyone will be long dead. Destroyed houses, burned cities. Nuclear smog, and the new album "Centuries of Blindness" will be blasting from speakers everywhere. Morbid, devastating death metal dystopia! A dark apocalypse!
