Satan se uměl vždycky přizpůsobit. Dnes na sebe vzal podobu uhlazeného muže v drahém obleku. Není pro něj nic lepšího, než rozpoutat od stolu další z krvelačných válek, zničit celé národy, rasy, cokoliv, na co si jen vzpomenete. Navíc, pán pekel dostane i požehnání od části lidí, kteří pochodují slepě na smrt. Přijde mi, že se nakonec naplní děsivé vize a shoříme v plamenech. Než se tak ale stane, budu dál poslouchat nahrávky, jako je ta nová od německých tmářů ARROGANZ.

Měl jsem tu čest jak s několika jejich předchozími alby, tak i naživo a pokaždé se jednalo o surový, ostrý a divoký death metal ze staré školy, ušpiněný punkem, doomem, blackem a vztekem. Novinka pokračuje tam, kde pánové minule přestali. Přiznám se vám k jedné věci, ihned se mi dostala do krve a trávil jsem s ní skoro veškerý svůj volný čas. Zasekla do mě svůj dráp a já zase jednou viděl satanovu pravou tvář.

Na ARROGANZ se mi vždy líbila jedna věc. Jdou si svou cestou, mají vlastní styl, výraz, spoustu nápadů. Jedná se o kapelu, která vzešla z toho nejhlubšího podzemí. Nové skladby jsou jako ostré hřeby, které vám budou zatlučeny do hlavy v chladné, smradlavé kobce. Satan stojí ve stínu a usmívá se. Není divu, mučení vašeho těla i mysli dosáhlo vrcholu. Líbí se mi zvuk, motiv na obalu, ale hlavně zvláštní podmanivá a syrově přitažlivá atmosféra celé letošní nahrávky. Vše je tu ohlodáno na kost, na samou podstatu kovu smrti. Žádné kompromisy, zbytečnosti. Songy se valí kupředu, jako špinavá voda ve stoce, která vytéká i z vašeho města. Brutalita se zde potkává s nekonečným chladem a nahrubo nasekanou tmou. Výsledkem je album, které když budete poslouchat, tak se vám postupně dostane do vnitřností, sevře je pevným stiskem a nakazí vás pradávnou bolestivou chorobou. Znovu se objeví staré rány, začnou mokvat, pálit, žhnout, jako riffy, melodie na téhle desce. Na německých tmářích se mi asi nejvíc líbí, že jsou opravdoví, ryzí, upřímní, uvěřitelní a naprosto autentičtí. Navíc mě baví nové album "Death Doom Punks" poslouchat a rád se k němu často vracím. Obzvláště ve chvílích, kdy někde potkám Satana převlečeného za úspěšného mocného muže, když uslyším ze stínu jedovatý smích. Tahle nahrávka by neměla uniknout všem pravověrným fanouškům, prokletým, ani démonům. Je v ní totiž vše, co potřebujete pro krvavé záhrobní rituály. Satan se uměl vždycky přizpůsobit. Na kost ohlodaný, syrový, temný a chladný black death metal, po kterém zůstává jen spálená země!

I’ve had the honor of experiencing both several of their previous albums and their live shows, and each time it’s been raw, sharp, and wild old-school death metal, laced with punk, doom, black metal, and rage. The new album picks up right where the guys left off last time. I’ll admit one thing to you: it got under my skin immediately, and I spent almost all my free time with it. It sank its claws into me, and once again I saw Satan’s true face.

There’s one thing I’ve always liked about ARROGANZ. They go their own way, have their own style and sound, and are full of ideas. This is a band that emerged from the deepest underground. Their new songs are like sharp nails that will be hammered into your head in a cold, stinking dungeon. Satan stands in the shadows and smiles. No wonder the torture of your body and mind has reached its peak. I like the sound, the cover art, but most of all the strange, captivating, and rawly alluring atmosphere of this year’s entire recording. Everything here is stripped down to the bone, to the very essence of death metal. No compromises, no frills. The songs surge forward like dirty water in a sewer, flowing out of your city as well. Brutality meets endless cold and roughly chopped darkness here. The result is an album that, as you listen to it, will gradually seep into your guts, clench them in a tight grip, and infect you with an ancient, painful disease. Old wounds will resurface, begin to ooze, burn, and blaze, just like the riffs and melodies on this record. What I probably like most about these German dark masters is that they are genuine, pure, sincere, believable, and completely authentic. What’s more, I enjoy listening to the new album "Death Doom Punks" and love coming back to it often. Especially in those moments when I encounter Satan disguised as a successful, powerful man, when I hear a venomous laugh from the shadows. This recording is a must-have for all true fans, the damned, and even demons. It contains everything you need for bloody rituals of the afterlife. Satan has always known how to adapt.
