Někde tam daleko v horách je jedno staré pohřebiště, na kterém byli dlouhá léta pohřbíváni prokletí. Náhrobky jsou již značně nakloněné, neudržované a márnice je prázdná. Přesto když se setmí, tak se zde stále dějí podivné věci. Nemrtví tančí na svých vlastních hrobech a vyprávějí si o nekonečné bolesti, kterou zažili během svých životů. Tentokrát bych vás rád pozval do prašivé kobky, s nápisem HASEROT nad vchodem. Když otevřete rezavé dveře a vstoupíte dovnitř, tak vás obejmou chladné pavučiny ostrých melodií.
Je to moje první setkání s kapelou a nutno rovnou dodat, že dopadlo na výbornou. Nové album v sobě totiž má vše, co po dobrém death metalu vyžaduji. Zajímavě a poctivě napsané skladby, masivní, dobře čitelný zvuk (postaral se o něj Dan Swano) a hlavně nápady, které se mi dokáží dostat pod kůži. Kapela do mě se svým prvním dlouhohrajícím albem zasekla svůj dráp a už mě nepustila.
HASEROT vás vezmou na dlouhý výlet bez konce do těch nejhlubších katakomb. Potkáte zohavená těla hříšníků, uvidíte své vlastní démony. Budete u toho poslouchat novou nahrávku "Advent of Suffering" a kývat se spokojeně do rytmu. Jako staří hrobníci, kteří právě dokončili exhumaci nějakého hodně hnusného hrobu. Rakev je plesnivá a nebožtík ve značném stádiu rozkladu. Ve tváři má pořád vepsaný zlověstný škleb někoho, kdo napáchal hodně špatných věcí. Drží v rukou nové CD těchto maniaků. Líbí se mi způsob, jakým jsou skladby napsány, užívám si morbidní atmosféru. Připadám si jako bych byl zavřený několik nocí v márnici, poslouchal stále dokola tohle album a vnímal její opravdový, ryzí a naprosto autentický feeling, které v sobě měly kapely v devadesátých letech minulého století. Juanjo Castellano namaloval stylový a jako vždy velmi povedený motiv na obalu a Marc Grewe (MORGOTH) odvedl jako host ve čtvrté skladbě také skvělou práci. Dohromady potom tvoří novinka velmi zajímavý celek, monolit, který mě pokaždé smete z povrchu zemského, spálí mě na popel a strhne do hlubiny. Už dávno poslouchám hudbu hlavně srdcem a zde zjišťuji, že jsme jedné krve. Pokud máte rádi kapely jako BLOODBATH, TEMPLE OF VOID, HOODED MENACE, MORBID ANGEL, GORGUTS, DEMIGOD, AT THE GATES, potom vězte, že jste zde správně. Zavírám za sebou dveře do záhrobí a sestupuji po schodech dolů, do podsvětí. Tady, mezi nemrtvými zní nové album stejně nejlépe. Připomíná mi staré dobré časy, připomíná mi naprostou tmu i nahrubo nasekaný vztek. Někde tam daleko v horách je jedné staré pohřebiště, na kterém byli dlouhá léta pohřbíváni prokletí. Náhrobky jsou již značně nakloněné, neudržované a márnice je prázdná. Přesto když se setmí, tak se zde stále dějí podivné věci. Nemrtví tančí na svých vlastních hrobech a vyprávějí si o nekonečné bolesti, kterou zažili během svých životů. Jsem zde správně! Starý, prašivý, syrový death metal s krvavé temnou aurou! Album, u kterého vám popraskají všechny kosti v těle!

Somewhere far away in the mountains lies an old burial ground where the cursed were laid to rest for many years. The headstones are now severely tilted and neglected, and the morgue is empty. Yet when darkness falls, strange things still happen here. The undead dance on their own graves and tell each other of the endless pain they experienced during their lives. This time, I’d like to invite you into a dilapidated dungeon with the inscription HASEROT above the entrance. When you open the rusty door and step inside, you’ll be enveloped by the chilling web of sharp melodies.
This is my first encounter with the band, and I must say right away that it turned out to be excellent. Their new album has everything I look for in good death metal. Interestingly and thoughtfully written songs, a massive, clear sound (handled by Dan Swano), and above all, ideas that really get under my skin. With their first full-length album, the band sank its claws into me and hasn’t let go since.
HASEROT will take you on a long, endless journey into the deepest catacombs. You’ll encounter the mutilated bodies of sinners and see your own demons. All the while, you’ll be listening to their new album, "Advent of Suffering", and nodding contentedly to the beat like old gravediggers who’ve just finished exhuming some truly gruesome grave. The coffin is moldy, and the deceased is in an advanced state of decomposition. His face still bears the sinister grin of someone who has done many terrible things. He’s holding the new CD by these maniacs in his hands. I like the way the songs are written; I’m enjoying the morbid atmosphere. I feel as if I’ve been locked up in a morgue for several nights, listening to this album over and over again and sensing that true, pure, and utterly authentic feeling that bands from the 1990s possessed. Juanjo Castellano painted a stylish and, as always, very well-executed cover art, and Marc Grewe (MORGOTH) also did a great job as a guest on the fourth track. Taken together, the new album forms a very interesting whole a monolith that sweeps me off the face of the earth every time, burns me to ashes, and drags me into the depths. I’ve long since come to listen to music primarily with my heart, and here I realize that we are of the same blood. If you like bands like BLOODBATH, TEMPLE OF VOID, HOODED MENACE, MORBID ANGEL, GORGUTS, DEMIGOD, and AT THE GATES, then know that you’ve come to the right place. I close the door to the afterlife behind me and descend the stairs into the underworld. Here, among the undead, the new album sounds its best. It reminds me of the good old days; it reminds me of utter darkness and raw, chopping fury. Somewhere far away in the mountains lies an old burial ground where the damned were buried for many years.
