Někdy bývám překvapen, jakou podobu na sebe Satan vezme. Milý a usměvavý soused, kolega z práce nebo jinak velmi klidný kněz. Pokaždé jej potkám, když se stane něco zlého. Stojí ve stínu a šeptá slova o prokletí. Jeho přítomnost je cítit i na starých pohřebištích, u oltářů, na kterých byly kdysi prováděny krvavé oběti. Toulám se podsvětím již velmi dlouhou dobu a potkáváme se často. Já, démoni i samotný ďábel. A pokaždé nám k tomu hraje podobná hudba, jakou tvoří ukrajinští tmáři HELLFIRE.
S touhle smečkou jste se na našich stránkách mohli setkat již několikrát. Máme i rozhovor. Vše je odkazováno dole pod článkem. Album "Thirty Five Stairs" je temným a chladným pokračováním minulých nahrávek. Pekelný oheň byl opět zapálen a moje kosti žhnou a pálí. Přesně takhle zní pravé ozvěny ze záhrobí.
Mrazivý, pochmurný zvuk, tolik známý u švédských a norských black metalistů, děsivý obal, spousta morbidních a zahnívajících nápadů. To jsou letošní HELLFIRE. Povstali z popela, aby nám opět vyprávěli magické příběhy z onoho světa. Troufám si tvrdit, že až se jednou vrátí všichni nemrtví a přijdou se pomstít, bude k tomu jako soundtrack hrát i album "Thirty Five Stairs". Jedná se samozřejmě o nejhlubší underground, o hudbu, která byla nahrávána v plesnivých kobkách prokletých mnichů. Ze skladeb cítím zlo, špínu a nenávist. Ukrajinci hrají tradičně, klasicky. A své kruté řemeslo zvládají na výbornou. Pro fanoušky třeba takových BELPHEGOR, AZAZEL, ale i třeba ANGELCORPSE, IMPIETY, je novinka doslova povinností. Hroby jsou zde exhumovány s elegancí starých mistrů hrobníků. Osobně se mi potom nejvíc líbí zádušní atmosféra celé nahrávky. K desce jsem se rád vracel, nejvíce ve chvílích, kdy se setmělo a černé mraky byly nízko. Neznám nic lepšího, než se probudit uprostřed noci a nechat noční můry, aby mě za zvuků tohoto alba zavedly do starých katakomb. Sejdeme se pokaždé ve stejné kobce. Já, démoni a někdy přijde i Satan. Pokaždé má jinou tvář, ale vždycky se usmívá. Není divu, hraje se zde hlavně pro něj, i pro všechny prokleté. Nelze jinak, než vám letošní počin těchto maniaků doporučit. Okultní, temná black death metalová válka! Armagedon!

This is what true echoes from beyond the grave sound like.
Freezing, gloomy sound, so well known in Swedish and Norwegian black metal, scary cover, lots of morbid and rotting ideas. This is this year's HELLFIRE. They have risen from the ashes to once again tell us magical tales from the otherworld. I dare say that when all the undead come back for revenge one day, the album "Thirty Five Stairs" will play as a soundtrack. This is, of course, the deepest of the underground, music that was recorded in the musty dungeons of cursed monks. I can smell evil, filth and hatred from the tracks. The Ukrainians play traditional, classical music. And they master their cruel craft to perfection. For fans of such bands as BELPHEGOR, AZAZEL, but also ANGELCORPSE, IMPIETY, the news is literally a must. The graves here are exhumed with the elegance of old master gravediggers. Personally, then, what I like best is the ghostly atmosphere of the whole non-game. I loved returning to the board, most of all when it was dark and the black clouds were low. I know nothing better than waking up in the middle of the night and letting the nightmares take me to the old catacombs to the sounds of this album. We meet in the same dungeon every time. Me, the demons, and sometimes Satan. He has a different face each time, but he's always smiling. No wonder, it's mostly for him, and for all the damned. I can't help but recommend this year's work of these maniacs. An occult, dark black death metal war! Armageddon!
