Už ani vlastně nevíš, proč sem chodíš. Přesto se každý den ráno budíš velmi brzo a vydáš se na cestu. Hladový a žíznivý vylezeš nahoru nad město. Mraky jsou nízko a vítr v ulicích žaluje. Pokaždé, když se ke hřbitovu přiblížíš, ucítíš ve svých kostech chlad. Otevřeš rezavou bránu a pozdravíš nemrtvé. Usedneš do márnice a hledáš hudbu, který by se nejvíc hodila mezi temné stíny. Sáhneš po novém EP německých CRYPTS a moc dobře víš, že si neudělal chybu.

Tahle smečka mě zaujala už svým prvním dlouhohrajícím albem "Coven of the Dead" (2021), o kterém jsem již na našich stránkách psal (odkaz na recenzi i rozhovor je dole pod článkem). Pánové pokračují v tom, co jim jde nejlépe. V klasickém, morbidním a prašivém death metalu. Opět si můžete užít spoustu mrazivých a zničujících melodií, chorobného vokálu i divokých bicích. Poslech novinky "Necropolis" je jako nějaký zlý a ďábelský rituál! Vítejte v pekle!

Líbí se vám to, co hrají kapely typu UNLEASHED, GRAVE, ENTOMBED, BOLT THROWER, HAIL OF BULLETS, AUTOPSY? Potom by vám tahle deska určitě neměla uniknout. Obsahuje v sobě totiž vše potřebné pro dlouhé noci v márnicích, pro nekonečné toulky podsvětím. Skladby jsou napsány s jediným účelem. Pohřbít vás zaživa. Podřízeno je tomu vše. Skvělý zvuk i obal, který přesně vystihuje to, co se na albu odehrává. Hudba je zde samozřejmě určena pro všechny staré metalové psy i obdivovatele devadesátých let v extrémním metalu. V závěru je to jedno, hlavní vždycky bylo a je, že vás musí hudba bolet, pálit, že u ní musíte umrznout. CRYPTS patří mezi vyvolené. Hrají opravdově, upřímně, od srdce. Po každém setkání mám pocit, že mi odpadává maso od kostí, že mi každou chvilku vyskočí mozek z hlavy. Připadám si jako nakažený nějakou starodávnou chorobou, kterou kapela objevila, když desku nahrávala. Muselo to být hluboko pod zemí, na místech, kde se stalo něco zlého. Je pro mě opravdu příjemné, navštívit každý den ráno starý hřbitov nad městem. Postupně se stávám nemrtvým a jsem za to hrozně rád. Už ani vlastně nevíš, proč sem chodíš. Přesto se každý den ráno budíš velmi brzo a vydáš se na cestu. Hladový a žíznivý vylezeš nahoru nad město. Mraky jsou nízko a vítr v ulicích žaluje. Pokaždé, když se ke hřbitovu přiblížíš, ucítíš ve svých kostech chlad. Smrt je velmi blízko! Starý, zaprášený death metal, který vám pronikne až do morku kostí!

This pack has already caught my attention with their first full-length album "Coven of the Dead" (2021), which I have already written about on our website (link to the review and interview is below the article). The gentlemen continue to do what they do best. In classic, morbid and dusty death metal. Once again you can enjoy a lot of chilling and devastating melodies, sick vocals and wild drums. Listening to the new release "Necropolis" is like some evil and devilish ritual! Welcome to hell!

Do you like what bands like UNLEASHED, GRAVE, ENTOMBED, BOLT THROWER, HAIL OF BULLETS, AUTOPSY play? Then you shouldn't miss this album. It contains everything you need for long nights in morgues, for endless wanderings through the underworld. The songs are written with one purpose. To bury you alive. Everything is subordinate to that. Great sound and a cover that accurately describes what's happening on the album. Of course the music here is for all the old metal dogs and fans of 90's extreme metal. In the end it doesn't matter, the main thing has always been and is that the music must hurt, it must burn, it must make you freeze to death. CRYPTS is one of the chosen ones. They play genuinely, sincerely, from the heart. After every meeting I feel like the flesh is falling off my bones, that my brain is jumping out of my head every moment. I feel like I'm infected with some ancient disease that the band discovered when they were recording the record. It must have been deep underground, in places where something bad happened. It's really nice for me to visit the old cemetery above the city every morning. I'm gradually becoming undead, and I'm very glad for that. You don't even know why you come here anymore. Yet every morning you wake up very early and you go on your way. Hungry and thirsty, you climb up above the city. The clouds are low and the wind is howling in the streets. Every time you approach the cemetery, you feel a chill in your bones. Death is very near! Old, dusty death metal that will penetrate you to the core!
