Vztek v tobě hlodá a pálí již dlouhé roky. Pokaždé, když jdeš kolem kostela, tak se ti začne vařit krev v žilách. Jako nějaké těžká, ostrá tekutina tě do hlubin strhne vlna děsivých vzpomínek. Kněz s úsměvem a jedovatým jazykem ti způsobil tolik bolesti, že je v tobě stále spousta nenávisti. Když vidíš věřící pochodující jako ovce na porážku, nábožně naslouchající lžím, tak toužíš po spalujícím ohni. Utíkáš domů, do temnoty a posloucháš nové album italsko-norské skupiny HAMMERFILOSOFI. Ta nás letos poctila druhým dlouhohrajícím albem, které je opět po okraj narvané rouháním, blasfemií, ale hlavně surovým nekompromisním black metalem.
Je to jakási naléhavost, touha ničit hudbou, které si mě ihned podmanily. Může za to samozřejmě i perfektně ošetřený zvuk (mastered at the revered Endarker Studio). Stačilo mi několik společných setkání, abych věděl, že tohle je přesně odrůda black metalu, která koluje i v mých žilách. Zapalte ohně a povolejte padlé démony!
Novinku "Signum" jsem poslouchal nejraději, když jsem byl zcela sám. Uzavřen ve svých kacířských myšlenkách, jsem stále a znovu zapínal play na svém přehrávači. Veškerý jed, hnis i špína, které začaly pokaždé vytékat z reproduktorů, se mi pomalu dostaly pod kůži i do podvědomí. Novinka má v sobě drive i pověstnou sílu. Řeže tou správnou stranou nože a připomíná mi čerstvou lávu, která právě začala vytékat z probuzené sopky. Jakoby se opravdu probudili démony, jdou mi po krku a našeptávají mi, abych se šel pomstít za všechna příkoří, která mnohým církev způsobila. Líbí se mi, jakým způsobem jsou skladby napsané. Hoří a drásají zevnitř, na povrchu potom obsahují velké množství chladu a nahrubo nasekané tmy. Novinka pravděpodobně nejvíc osloví tradičnější posluchače tohoto stylu. Nenechte se ale mýlit. Když budete poslouchat pozorně, tak při každém návratu do záhrobí objevíte spoustu nových motivů, pasáží. Tohle album zkrátka roste každým dalším poslechem. Je děsivé, ostré a divoké ze své podstaty. Je jako klubko jedovatých hadů, kteří se nejdřív plazí u vašich nohou, aby vás postupně uhranuli a vy nakonec zemřete v nekonečně bolestivých křečích. Je něco děsivého a zároveň podmanivě přitažlivého, co v sobě nové album obsahuje. Doporučuji vám chladnou kobku, naprostou tmu a potom vynikne tohle mrazivé dílo nejvíce. You run home, into the darkness, and listen to the new album by the Italian-Norwegian band HAMMERFILOSOFI. This year, they have honored us with their second full-length album, which is once again filled to the brim with blasphemy, profanity, but above all, raw, uncompromising black metal.
It is a kind of urgency, a desire to destroy with music, that immediately captivated me. Of course, the perfectly crafted sound (mastered at the revered Endarker Studio) also plays a part. It only took a few encounters for me to know that this is exactly the kind of black metal that runs through my veins. Light the fires and summon the fallen demons!
I liked listening to the new album "Signum" best when I was completely alone. Lost in my heretical thoughts, I kept pressing play on my player over and over again. All the poison, pus, and filth that began to pour out of the speakers each time slowly got under my skin and into my subconscious. The new album has drive and legendary power. It cuts with the right side of the knife and reminds me of fresh lava that has just begun to flow from an awakened volcano. It's as if demons have really awakened, they're after my throat and whispering to me to take revenge for all the injustices that the church has caused to many. I like the way the songs are written. They burn and tear from the inside, while on the surface they contain a great deal of coldness and roughly chopped darkness. The new album will probably appeal most to more traditional listeners of this style. But don't be fooled. If you listen carefully, you will discover many new motifs and passages with each return to the underworld. This album simply grows with each listen. It is terrifying, sharp, and wild in its essence. It is like a ball of poisonous snakes that first crawl at your feet, gradually bewitching you until you finally die in endless painful convulsions. There is something terrifying and at the same time captivatingly attractive about this new album. I recommend a cold cellar and complete darkness, as this is where this chilling work stands out the most. Anger has been gnawing and burning inside you for years.
