Čtyři rezavé hřeby, které někdo kdysi dávno zatloukl do tvé rakve. Chtěli mít jistotu, že už se nikdy nedostaneš ven. Probodli ti srdce dřevěným kůlem, uřízli hlavu a stejně se ještě dlouhé roky ozýval z hrobky tvůj nenávistný nářek. Bylo na čase, aby exhumovali tvoje ostatky. Současný svět je divný a dávno odsouzený k zániku. Povolali nemrtvé, prokleté, aby se přišli pomstít. Jsi jeden ze zástupu krvelačných bestií, kteří za zvuků nového EP black death metalových démonů DIABOLIC OATH přišli spálit všechno a všechny. 

Téhle smečce jsem se na svých stránkách již několikrát věnoval. Pokud máte chuť na další příběhy ze záhrobí, tak si přečtěte recenze na minulá alba. Vše je odkazováno dole pod dnešním článkem. Letos pánové pokračují ve své morbidní práci. I tentokrát exhumují staré prokleté hroby. A opět to dělají s elegancí a zkušenostmi starých inkvizitorů. 


Novinka mi asi nejvíc připomíná starou, dávno vyléčenou ránu, která začne znovu bolet, mokvat a začne z ní vytékat zkažená krev. Zanícený vřed, způsobený uhranutím, nyní proříznutý rezavým nožem. Tepe v něm a pálí. Žhne a chladí zároveň. S "Unholy Barbaric Hymns" je to stejné. Připadám si jako na nějakém starodávném okultním obřadu. Vyděšené oči obětí, syrový, ostrý a mrazivý zvuk, kamenný oltář, zástup padlých kněží v kápích, ďábelský motiv na obalu, tohle všechno tvoří celek, který musí udělat dobře každému metalovému kacíři. Kapela se volně inspirovala v tvorbě třeba takových TEITANBLOOD, BESTIAL WARLUST, ESKHATON, HERESIARCH, DIOCLETIAN, IMMOLATION, INCANTATION, DEICIDE. To ale není zase tak důležité. Hlavní je, že na mě novinka funguje, že se stala mojí součástí, prokletím, že se k ní rád a často vracím. Nejlépe uprostřed noci, když jsou mraky nízko a démoni se toulají ulicemi. Na místním hřbitově se začínají dít podivné věci. Zničené hroby, zneuctěná márnice. Všichni si myslí, že za to může parta mladistvých, ale mýlí se. My, kteří jsme pravověrní, moc dobře víme, že se probudily přízraky, že vylézají z rakví a touží po čerstvé krvi. Důvodem je samozřejmě nové album těchto tmářů. Za sebe, za starého psa, který hlídá vstup do podsvětí již skoro 35 let, vám mohu nové EP jenom doporučit. DIABOLIC OATH odvedli skvělou práci po všech stránkách. Čtyři rezavé hřeby, které někdo kdysi dávno zatloukl do tvé rakve. Chtěli mít jistotu, že už se nikdy nedostaneš ven. Probodli ti srdce dřevěným kůlem, uřízli hlavu a stejně se ještě dlouhé roky ozýval z hrobky tvůj nenávistný nářek. Bylo na čase, aby exhumovali tvoje ostatky. Syrový, prašivý black death metal, u kterého vás začnou bolet staré rány! Budete spáleni na popel!

All links are provided below today’s article. This year, the gentlemen continue their morbid work. Once again, they’re exhuming old, cursed graves. And once again, they’re doing it with the elegance and expertise of ancient inquisitors. 


This new release reminds me most of an old, long-healed wound that starts to hurt again, oozes, and begins to bleed foul blood. An inflamed ulcer, caused by a curse, now sliced open by a rusty knife. It throbs and burns. It glows and chills at the same time. It’s the same with “Unholy Barbaric Hymns”. I feel like I’m at some ancient occult ritual. The terrified eyes of the victims, the raw, sharp, and chilling sound, the stone altar, a crowd of fallen priests in hoods, the diabolical motif on the cover all of this forms a whole that is sure to please every metal heretic. The band drew loose inspiration from the work of bands like TEITANBLOOD, BESTIAL WARLUST, ESKHATON, HERESIARCH, DIOCLETIAN, IMMOLATION, INCANTATION, and DEICIDE. But that’s not really important. The main thing is that this new release works for me it’s become a part of me, a curse and I love coming back to it often. Preferably in the middle of the night, when the clouds hang low and demons roam the streets. Strange things are starting to happen at the local cemetery. Destroyed graves, a desecrated morgue. Everyone thinks a bunch of teenagers is to blame, but they’re wrong. We, the true believers, know full well that the spectres have awakened, that they’re crawling out of their coffins and craving fresh blood. The reason, of course, is this band of dark forces’ new album. Speaking for myself an old dog who’s been guarding the entrance to the underworld for nearly 35 years I can only recommend this new EP to you. DIABOLIC OATH has done a fantastic job in every respect. Když jsem sáhl do tmy poprvé, nahmatal jsem něco shnilého, mokvajícího. Něco hnusného, co smrdělo jako zkažené maso. Vzduchem se ale vznášelo ještě něco jiného, děsivého. Takhle nějak jsem si vždycky představoval peklo. Síra, v dáli hořící ohně, ale hlavně bestiální a šílený black death metal. DIABOLIC OATH z Oregonu letos přicházejí se svým druhým dlouhohrajícím albem. Je po okraj narvané hnilobou, zlem, špínou a vztekem. Vítejte v záhrobí!

Deska musela být nahrávána hluboko pod zemí, v říši dlouhých stínů. Jinak si nedovedu její sílu vysvětlit. Pánové museli otevřít podobnou hrobku, jako já v úvodu dnešního článku. Představte si padlého kněze, kterého právě upalují na hranici. Inkvizice! Slyšíte jeho nářek, jeho zvrácené modlitby? Tak přesně takhle na mě působí i nové album "Oracular Hexations". Tohle jsou pravé pekelné ozvěny!


Hrají vám v přehrávači často kapely jako TEITANBLOOD, BESTIAL WARLUST, ESKHATON, HERESIARCH, DIOCLETIAN, IMMOLATION, INCANTATION, DEICIDE? Potom byste měli dát šanci i těmto šíleným tmářům. Jsou ortodoxní, tradiční ve svých nihilistických názorech. Jejich hudba v sobě obsahuje vše potřebné pro starodávné krvavé rituály. Skladby jsou napsány s jediným účelem. Pohřbít vás zaživa, navěky vás proklít, zavrhnout a stáhnout do hlubiny. Není to rozhodně nahrávka pro slabé povahy. Pro poslech je nutné, abyste měli rádi nekonečné chodby Hádovy říše. Potkává se zde klasický, surový death metal, s chladem a bolestí black metalu. To vše zamíchané ve smrtícím koktejlu. Doporučuji zhasnout všechna světla a nechat na sebe novinku jen tak působit. Je hodně pravděpodobné, že potkáte své vlastní démony. Líbí se mi nekompromisní a násilný způsob, jakým kapela ke své morbidní tvorbě přistupuje. Neznám nic lepšího, než chodit spát až k ránu. Ulehnout do své oblíbené rakve a za zvuků "Oracular Hexations" se nechat převést na druhou stranu. Není to vlastně ani tak obyčejná deska, jako spíš obřad pro vyvolávání temných sil. The album must have been recorded deep underground, in the realm of long shadows. Otherwise, I can't explain its power. Gentlemen must have opened a similar tomb to the one I opened at the beginning of today's article. Imagine a fallen priest being burned at the stake. The Inquisition! Do you hear his cries, his perverted prayers? That's exactly how the new album "Oracular Hexations" affects me . These are the echoes of hell!


Do you often have bands like TEITANBLOOD, BESTIAL WARLUST, ESKHATON, HERESIARCH, DIOCLETIAN, IMMOLATION, INCANTATION, DEICIDE playing in your player? Then you should give these crazy darkies a chance too. They are orthodox, traditional in their nihilistic views. Their music contains everything needed for ancient blood rituals. The songs are written with a single purpose. To bury you alive, to curse you forever, to damn you and drag you down into the depths. This is definitely not a record for the faint of heart. To listen, you must love the endless corridors of Hades. Classic, raw death metal meets the coldness and pain of black metal here. All mixed in a deadly cocktail. I recommend turning off all the lights and letting the novelty just rub off on you. It is very likely that you will meet your own demons. I like the uncompromising and violent way the band approaches their morbid work. I don't know anything better than going to bed in the morning. To lie down in your favorite coffin and be transported to the other side to the sounds of "Oracular Hexations". It's not so much an ordinary record as it is a ritual for summoning dark forces. Hnis a špína. Zaschlé, přesto stále smradlavé skvrny od krve. Do stěn jsou otištěny výkřiky obětí. Děti z rodin, které nikoho nezajímají. Bylo to jako vždy. Skupina zvrácených maniaků si chtěla hrát na vyvolávání Satana. Jenže se všechno pokazilo. S prvním proříznutým hrdlem. Všichni neustále zavíráme před zlem oči. Nechceme o něm slyšet. Jenže ono existuje. Rozlézá se kolem nás jako temná mlha. A jednou všechny pohltí. Pokud proti němu nebudeme bojovat.

Jako na okultním rituálu si připadám i při setkání s novým EP amerických DIABOLIC OATH. Tuhle smečku sleduji již dlouho. A musím říct, že je poslouchám pokaždé, když dostanu chuť na pořádný kus zkaženého masa. Black metal a smrt. Obojí namíchané v děsivém poměru. 


Pokud to máte nastavené tak, že rádi a často trávíte svůj čas ve společnosti třeba takových TEITANBLOOD, BESTIAL WARLUST, ESKHATON, HERESIARCH, DIOCLETIAN, IMMOLATION, INCANTATION, DEICIDE, tak si narvěte novinku "Aischrolatreia" pod tlakem do hlavy. Uvidíte, že budete spokojeni jako já. Jedná se o klasické, kruté a maniakální rouhání. Žádné zbytečnosti, žádné kompromisy. Jenom masivní, chladný a temný black a death metal. V jeho základní, syrové a surové podobě. Užívám si samozřejmě zvuk, s chutí se dívám i na obal. Přehrabujeme staré kosti, skládáme z nich pentagram. Děláme to s nadšením pro záhrobí, s touhou po prokletí. DIABOLIC OATH s vámi nebudou mít slitování. Jdou přímo na dřeň, k samotné podstatě. Jsou krutí, zákeřní, vzteklí, jako šelmy z podsvětí. Pokud někdy budete chtít vyvolávat Satana, mohu vám "Aischrolatreia" jenom doporučit. Odehrává se zde pradávný rituál, se spoustou krve a ošklivých scén. Umíráme a znovu se rodíme, jsme jenom kusem masa, jdoucím na jatka. Bez duše, bez svědomí. Utíkáme tmou, mezi rakvemi. Vítejte v pekle! Black death metalová okultní seance!

I feel like I'm in an occult ritual when I encounter the new EP of American DIABOLIC OATH. I've been following this pack for a long time. And I have to say, I listen to them every time I get a craving for a good piece of rotten meat. Black metal and death. Both mixed in a terrifying ratio.


If you have it set up so that you like and often spend your time in the company of such as TEITANBLOOD, BESTIAL WARLUST, ESKHATON, HERESIARCH, DIOCLETIAN, IMMOLATION, INCANTATION, DEICIDE, then cram the news "Aischrolatreia" under pressure into your head. They're cruel, vicious, furious, like beasts of the underworld. If you ever want to invoke Satan, I can only recommend "Aischrolatreia". There's an ancient ritual going on here, with lots of blood and nasty scenes. We die and are born again, we're just a piece of meat going to the slaughter. No soul, no conscience. We run in the dark, among the coffins. Welcome to hell! Black death metal occult séance!
