Každé setkání se smrtí zanechá v člověku stopy. Ale tohle bylo něco jiného. Nejdříve si slyšel tiché sténání. Vešel si dovnitř a pak ji uviděl. Visela na hácích a její tělo bylo roztrhané. Musela být hodně silná, jinak by už dávno nežila. Sundal si její tělo na zem a do duše ti vstoupila temnota. Někdo rozsvítil. Celá místnost byla pokryta krví. Další místo činu, další v řadě nevyřešených vražd. Kdo bude další na řadě?
Brutální death metal musí bolet, žhnout a pálit. Musí v sobě obsahovat velké množství zkažené krve. Není to styl pro slabé povahy, ocení jej spíše obdivovatelé hororů, napínavých knih a opuštěných piteven. Britská SCORDATURA letos přichází se svým třetím dlouhohrajícím albem, které přesně tyhle požadavky splňuje.
Na "Mass Failure" se pitvá hezky klasicky, postaru, stylem jakým to dělávaly CANNIBAL CORPSE, DYING FETUS, MALEVOLEN CREATION, ABORTED, SUFFOCATION. Tradiční motivy skladeb jsou kombinovány s ponurou a šílenou atmosférou. SCORDATURA se s tím rozhodně nepářou, jsou nekompromisní a jdou rovnou na věc. Zbývá už jen nabrousit nože, nastartovat motorovou pilu a sehnat nějaká těla. Nezapomeňte na hluboký sklep, opuštěnou halu nebo rozpadající se statek na samotě. Do těchto míst, plných bolesti a utrpení, tahle nahrávka patří. Na patologii, do márnice. Se syrovým zvukem a parádním obalem se vám zakousnou do krku a nepustí. Pokud máte rádi tradiční brutální death metal, potom jste zde správně. Britové sice nepřinášejí do tohoto stylu nic nového, ale jejich práce je poctivá, ryzí a zahraná od srdce. Nepřesahují předem dané mantinely. Jsou jako smečka rozzuřených hladových psů, kterým hodíte kus masa, o jehož původu raději pomlčíme. Nová deska kope jako splašený kůň. Velmi dobře!

Brutal death metal must hurt, glow and burn. It must contain a large amount of rotten blood. It is not a style for weak characters, it will be appreciated more by admires of horror movies, exciting books and abandoned autopsies. This year, the British SCORDATURA are coming up with their third full-length album, which meets exactly these requirements.
On the album “Mass Failure” they dissects nicely, classically in the old style - in the style of CANNIBAL CORPSE, DYING FETUS, MALEVOLEN CREATION, ABORTED, SUFFOCATION. The traditional motifs of the songs are combined with a gloomy and crazy atmosphere. SCORDATURE definitely don´t deal lightly with it. They are uncompromising and go straight to the point. All that remains is to sharpen the knives, start the chainsaw and get some bodies. Don´t forget the deep cellar, the abandoned hall or the crumbling farmhouse in solitude. These recordings belong to these places, full of pain and suffering. In pathology, to the morgue. With a raw sound and a great cover, they will bite your throat and not let go. If you like traditional brutal death metal, then you are right here. The British do not bring anything new to this style but their work is honest, pure and played from the heart. They do not exceed predetermined boundaries. They are like a pack of angry hungry dogs, to whom you throw a piece of meat, the origin of which we prefer to keep quiet. The new record kicks like a frightened horse. Very good!
