Třeba noví DEEDS OF FLESH, kteří v sobě mají stále apokalyptický nádech. Technický death metal je hodně těžká a náročná disciplína. Musíte mít talent, skvělého zvukaře a zároveň si musíte zachovat živočišnost a temný náboj. DEEDS OF FLESH tohle všechno umí na výbornou.  Příběh byl započat v roce 2018 (Of What's to Come), pokračoval na Portals to Canaan (2013), aby letos vyvrcholil. Všichni víme, že odešel Erik Lindmark. Jedna z největších osobností death metalu nové éry. Skvělý člověk i hudebník.

Slyšte ozvěny z vesmíru a poklekněte! Vynikající záležitost pro všechny posluchače s bohatou fantazií!

for fans: Cannibal Corpse, Disgorge, Suffocation, sci-fi and excellent music!

Asphyx says:

Ever since I was a child, I have been wondering if we are alone in the universe. Maybe yes, maybe no, but I would be inclined to say that we are just colonies, an attempt that has not been very successful lately. As if the authors of science fiction from the eighties were right. Mankind may eventually destroy itself, and it will not need any intervention from space at all. I imagine that spaceships will then arrive and there will be peace on Earth. Absolute silence, without the kind called man.

All that will be heard is good music. For example, the new DEEDS OF FLESH, which still have an apocalyptic touch. Technical death metal is a very difficult and demanding discipline. You have to have talent, a great sound engineer and at the same time, you have to keep the animals and the dark charge. DEEDS OF FLESH can do all this very well. The story began in 2018 (Of What's To Come), continued on Portals to Canaan (2013), culminating this year. We all know that Erik Lindmark has left. One of the greatest personalities of death metal of the new era. Great person and musician. I understand "Nucleus" as a tribute to his legacy.

I was a little afraid of the sequel, like any DEEDS OF FLESH fan. But there is nothing. The band managed to complete a work that could easily fly into space as a legacy for future generations. The compositions (written by Erik Lindmark) are perfectly complemented, arranged, have a clear structure and handwriting. A large number of guests were invited. I was a little worried that the record would be shattered, but that's not the case. Everyone did a great job, it's hard to pick someone up, but the album holds together like a solid monolith. It is technical, progressive, colourful, sharp, wild, powerful, slightly breaks the boundaries, but at the same time, it is great to listen to. Especially when I look at the night sky. Dark energy comes from it, as well as from the recording. Perhaps the more advanced civilization is already infiltrated among us, laughing at our cowardly actions, the destruction of the planet, anger and hatred, the poisonous attacks from the screens. I don't know what I can sign with my blood is that they listen just like I do "Nucleus". Our species deserves to restart, start again on a green field, I often think about it. But the new DEEDS OF FLESH record gives me hope, it is a point of reference for me, a piece of honest craftsmanship with great added value. It is like a crystal cut to perfection. Hear echoes from space and kneel! An excellent affair for all listeners with a rich imagination!
