Dopiju poslední pivo a jdu ven. Země je zmrzlá a mě čeká spoustu práce. Kopu další hrob, poslední dobou umírá velké množství lidí. Padají k zemi, jako prokletí, s vyděšenými tvářemi, s výrazem plným děsu. Uložím je do rakve a když mám hotovo, sednu si na hřbitovní zeď a poslouchám. Mám na uších sluchátka a v nich novou desku švédských IMPERISHABLE. Je ještě tma a nemrtví šeptají svá slova bolesti. V márnici je zase živo. Všichni tančíme do rytmu, užíváme si klasický death metal a vítáme nové příchozí.

Je jedno, jestli si mrtvý nebo ještě trošku živý, pokud máš rád tuhle hudbu, tak neváhej ani chvilku. Kapela je složená ze samých zkušených muzikantů (VAMPIRE, DR. LIVING DEAD, NOMINON, LEPROSY, CARNAL SAVAGERY a spousta dalších). O kvalitu je tak postraráno. Víka od rakví praskají tlakem a já se kývám zuřivě do rytmu. Jako nějaká stará zombie, jako fanoušek pohřbů do země.

"Come, Sweet Death" je albem, na kterém naleznete odkazy na smečky jako DISMEMBER, ENTOMBED, AT THE GATES, DESULTORY, ENTRAILS. Jedná se přesně o takový ten druh surového a divokého smrtícího kovu, u kterého vám pukne hlava tlakem. Nahrávka má skvělý zvuk (Mixed and mastered by Oscar Nilsson at Crehate Studios in Gothenburg). Ze skladeb je cítit pradávný chlad a síla, načerpaná v tom nejhlubším undergroundu. Pochválit musím i obal (Andreas Sandberg at Ouijamotion), který se opravdu povedl. Už jste někdy přemýšleli o tom, co se stane, až toho budou mít všichni mrtví dost a vrátí se na zem? Nevím to jistě, ale asi všichni zemřeme krutou smrtí. S čím jsem si ale jistý je, že to bude za zvuků téhle desky. Bude hrát z hlasitých reproduktorů. Poteče vám krev z uší a Smrt bude tančit se Satanem. Líbí se mi, jakým způsobem jsou skladby napsány. Základem jsou tradiční postupy, ke kterým je přidána vlastní invence a spousta nápadů. IMPERISHABLE chřestí pytlem plným kostí a dělají to s elegancí starých mistrů. Těším se na další večer, až bude tma a stíny se budou procházet mezi náhrobky. Poslouchám "Come, Sweet Death" už nějaký čas a pořád se k albu vracím. Má v sobě mráz a spoustu temné energie. Těším se na každé setkání, na každé další kopání hrobu. Tuhle desku vám doporučí každý poctivý hrobník, na to vemte jed. V márnici je zase živo. Přidej se k nám, dokud je čas. Velmi povedená záležitost! Pravý, nefalšovaný švédský death metal, který vás přikove na zeď! Tanec nemrtvých!

I'm gonna finish my last beer and go out. The ground is frozen and I have a lot of work to do. I'm digging another grave, a lot of people have been dying lately. They're falling to the ground, like cursed men, with terrified faces, expressions full of horror. I put them in the coffin and when I'm done, I sit on the cemetery wall and listen. I'm wearing headphones and in them is a new album by Sweden's IMPERISHABLE. It's still dark and the undead whisper their words of pain. The morgue is alive again. We are all dancing to the rhythm, enjoying classic death metal and welcoming newcomers.

It doesn't matter if you're dead or still a bit alive, if you like this music, don't hesitate a moment. The band is made up of experienced musicians (VAMPIRE, DR. LIVING DEAD, NOMINON, LEPROSY, CARNAL SAVAGERY and many more). The coffin lids are bursting with pressure and I'm swaying furiously to the beat. Like an old zombie, like a fan of in-ground burials.

"Come, Sweet Death" is an album where you can find references to bands like DISMEMBER, ENTOMBED, AT THE GATES, DESULTORY, ENTRAILS. This is exactly the kind of raw and savage death metal that will make your head explode with pressure. The recording has a great sound (Mixed and mastered by Oscar Nilsson at Crehate Studios in Gothenburg). The songs have an ancient coolness and power, drawn from the deepest underground. I must also praise the cover art (Andreas Sandberg at Ouijamotion), which is really good. Have you ever wondered what happens when all the dead have had enough and come back to earth? I don't know for sure, but we'll probably all die a cruel death. What I'm sure of, though, is that it will be to the sound of this record. It's gonna be playing on loud speakers. Your ears will bleed and Death will dance with Satan. I like the way the songs are written. Traditional methods are the basis, with their own inventiveness and lots of ideas added. IMPERISHABLE rattles a bag full of bones and they do it with the elegance of the old masters. I look forward to the next evening when it's dark and the shadows are walking among the tombstones. I've been listening to "Come, Sweet Death" for a while now and I keep coming back to the album. It's got a chill to it and a lot of dark energy. I look forward to every reunion, every grave digging. Any honest grave digger will recommend this record, take poison for that. The morgue is alive again. Join us while there's still time. Very good stuff!
