CD 2017, Unique Leader Records for english scroll down please Do mého srdce se vkrádá strach. Jsem zavřený, opuštěný ve staré kobce. Výslech začíná každý večer přesně v šest. Přiváží mě na zeď, mučí pestrou paletou nástrojů a k tomu mi pouští novou desku islandských BENEATH. Směju se jim do očí, protože jejich nové album "Ephemeris" vyváží všechny zažívanou bolest. Ano, takhle má znít brutální death metal! Islanďané jsou skvělí muzikanti, kteří perfektně ovládají své nástroje. To dnes ale umí spousta lidí. Jenže jenom někteří dokáží složit dobrou skladbu, která má hlavu a patu, která postupně graduje, má v sobě sílu a pořádnou energii. Už při prvních setkáních s novou deskou to vypadá, že jsem propadl peklu. Album je totiž neskutečně uvěřitelné, má v sobě spoustu tlaku, neklidu, šílenství.
BENEATH dále rozvíjejí hudbu, kterou tvoří třeba takoví HOUR OF PENANCE, NILE, ORIGIN, DYING FETUS, DECREPIT BIRTH, SPAWN OF POSSESION,
PSYCROPTIC, DEEDS OF FLESH, DEICIDE. Navíc přidávají svůj vlastní obličej, výraz, díky kterému je ihned poznáte mezi ostatními. Líbí se mi kombinace valivějších, skřípajících pasáží a pak rychlé devastující nástupy. Je slyšet, že pánové u skládání opravdu přemýšleli. Nahrávka se pro mě stala postupně jednou z nejhranější v rámci stylu. Obsahuje v sobě totiž obrovské množství temné energie, která je do skladeb doslova napěchována. Songy nepostrádají zapamatovatelné riffy a pestrou paletu zlých nálad. Těším se znovu do své kobky, těším se na další mučení, těším se na další poslech. Osobně řadím desku "Ephemeris" mezi špičku letošních brutálně death metalových alb. Masakr!

They bring me to a wall, torture me with a wide variety of instruments and they put on the new album by Icelandic BENEATH. I am laughing right into their faces because their new album “Ephemeris” brings out the pain which every one of us feel. Yes, this is how brutal death metal should sound!
Those Icelanders are great musicians who perfectly control their instruments. But a lot of people can do that today. But not everyone can compose a good song which has some meaning and graduates, has a power and great energy. Even with first meetings with the band it seemed that I absolutely failed to the hell. This album is incredibly believable, has a lot of pressure, restlessness and insanity.
BENEATH continues with their music which is quite similar to HOUR OF PENANCE, NILE, ORIGIN, DYING FETUS, DECREPIT BIRTH, SPAWN OF POSSESION, PSCROPTIC, DEEDS OF FLESH, DEICIDE. In addition, they add their own face to it and thanks to that you can recognize them among others. I like the combination of more rolling, screaming passages and then the fast graduating onslaughts. You can hear that those gentlemen really thinks while they are composing. The new album is one of the most played in my collection (in case of this style). It contains a great amount of dark energy and the songs are filled with it. The songs do not lack of memorable riffs and colourful palette of bad moods. I am looking forward to go to my cell, to the new torture, to the next listening session. Personally, the album “Ephemeris” is for me on the top of brutal death metal albums. Massacre!

CD 2017, earMUSIC for english scroll down please Od malička, když mě poprvé vzala má babička do cirkusu, tak nemám rád klauny. Možná bych spíš řekl, že jsem na ně alergický. S výjimkou jednoho slavného - ALICE COOPERA. Tenhle starý pán totiž umí vykouzlit zábavnou show plnou skvělých, jak hudebních, tak vizuálních zážitků. Letos s dlouhou odmlkou a nebývale pestrým novým albem "Paranormal". Nahrávkou, na kterou se mistr snažil narvat to nejlepší, co ze sebe dokáže dostat. Nutno rovnou říct, že mám z novinky poměrně radost. Nedá se říct, že by mě učarovala hned na první poslech, ale cestu jsem si k ní nakonec našel. ALICE COOPER se vrací ke svým hard rockovým kořenům, občas přidává až glamové vypalovačky, ale hlavně, pořád je cítit, jak ho baví zpívat. Hostování Larry Mullena (U2) potěší, ale nezdvihne ze židle. O hodně víc mě zaujal Billy Gibbons (ZZ TOP) a Roger Glover (DEEP PURPLE). Jejich hra nijak neruší, spíše doplňuje a výsledkem je zajímavý zážitek.
"Paranormal" je deskou, která asi příliš mladých posluchačů nezaujme. Je nahrána hezky postaru, poctivě (přizván věrný souputník Bob Ezrin), bez jakýchkoliv zbytečností. Všechno mi sedí tak nějak v přirozené symbióze pohromadě, sice bez výraznějších motivů a "hitovek", ale o to víc mě album baví. Stárnout se musí umět se ctí a mistrovi se letos podařilo vydat nahrávku, za kterou se nemusí rozhodně stydět. Horory v této podobě si dám vždycky s chutí, i když je pravda, že "Paranormal" poslouchám převážně bez bonusů, které mi příliš nevoní (zvukově). Mám raději surovější, neučesanou podobu písní ALICE COOPERA a občas mi určitá "načančanost" zajede do uší jako ostrý nůž. Ale bez toho by nebyla tahle legenda legendou. Takže přátelé, pokud máte chuť na starý horor v podání jednoho z nejpovolanějších, tak neváhejte. Úplně před sebou vidím auto kino, tunu pop cornu, hezkou blondýnku s pěkným zadkem vedle sebe...přeji příjemný zážitek!

Since I was a boy when I grandma took me to the circus for the first time, I do not like clown. Or I would rather say that I am allergic to clowns. Except from one famous one – ALICE COOPER. This old man can create an enjoyable show full of great music and visual moments. This year with a long pause and unusually colourful new album “Paranormal. It is an album where the master tried to put the best he could.
I need to say that I am quite happy about this album. I cannot say that it absolutely killed me for the first hearing but in the end I found my way to it. ALICE COOPER came back to his hard rock roots and he sometimes adds glam songs but most importantly you can feel that he still like singing. On the album you can hear Larry Mullen (U2) and that is really nice but it won´t make up jump up. I more like Billy Gibbons (ZZ TOP) on this album and Roger Glover (DEEP PURPLE). Their music does not disturb it rather fill in some gaps and the result is an interesting experience.
“Paranormal” is an album which will not interest many young listeners. It is recorded in the good old way, real (Bob Ezrin did that) without any unnecessary things. Everything somehow fits in natural symbiosis without any more significant motives and “hits” but that is why I like it so much. You have to know how to age, you have to do that with honour and this master did it very well when he released this album which will not make him be ashamed. Those kinds of horrors are my favourite although it is true that I do not really listen to the bonuses from “Paranormal” because they do not suit me (in case of sound). I like more raw songs by ALICE COOPER and sometimes the “not messy parts” go into my ears like a sharp knife. But without that the legend would not be a legend. So my friends, if you want to listen to an old horror which was done by one of the best, do not hesitate. I just see myself in the car cinema, having a ton of popcorn, nice blonde girl with a beautiful butt next to me…I wish you a nice experience!

Srbská thrash crossoverová úderka letos vydala album, které jsem si pouštěl hlavně ve chvílích, kdy jsem měl velmi dobrou náladu. Jejich mix energie, nadhledu a kritiky společnosti, totiž přesně zapadal do mých pátečních nálad. Takhle cestou z práce, když chcete hodit za hlavu celý pracovní týden, se mi osvědčili nejlépe.
Hudebně si sice nejedná o nic nového, ani převratného, ale hodně zde dělají texty. Pro našince je dobré, že jsou zpívány v rodné řeči a spoustě slovům lze velmi dobře rozumět. NADIMAC jsou rebelové z podstaty, kteří nenechají na ničem niť suchou. Tahle deska se opravdu povedla.
Z "Besnilo"cítím směs EXODUS, MALEVOLENT CREATION, punku, crossoveru a šílenství. Tohle je kapela do malého klubu, kde všichni tančí až do úplného vyčerpání. Líbí se mi velké nadšení, taková ta správně ostrá jiskra, kterou z desky cítím. NADIMAC jsou zkrátka jiní, odlišní od ostatních a to se v dnešní době nadprodukce cení více, než cokoliv jiného. Některé momenty jsou správně "bolestivé" a "nepříjemné". Přesně v téhle podobě bych si představoval páteční večírek. Volume pořádně doprava, hektolitry piva a nic neřešit. Vypadá to, že v Srbsku umí vzít thrash metal za ten správný konec. Album, které roztančí i mrtvého! Velmi dobře!

Serbian thrash crossover strike released an album this year which I played when I was a in very good mood. Their mix of energy, horror and criticism of the society exactly fits into my Friday moods. When you go from work, when you want to put the whole working week behind you – that is when you want to listen to this album.
Musically this album is not new nor revolutionary. But what does it for me are the lyrics. It is good for natives because you can understand the lyrics and also there is a lot of words you can understand. NADIMAC are rebels from their nature. This album is good.
I can feel a mixture of EXODUS, MALEVOLENT CREATION from “Besnilo” and also a mixture of punk, crossover and madness. This band fits the best in a small club where everyone is dancing until total exhaustion. I like the enthusiasm, the kind of sharp spark I feel when I listen to this album. NADIMAC are different, different form the others and we have to appreciate this in today´s world more than anything. There are some nicely “hurtful” moments which are “bad”. This is how I want a Friday party to be. Put the volume up, give me hectolitres of beer and just let me be. It seems that in Serbia they know how to play the real thrash metal. This album will make dead person dance! Very good!

Hrneme před sebou hromady shnilých kostí. Úkol zněl jasně, vykopat hromadný hrob a všechny bezejmenné pohřbít. Je to těžká, náročná práce plná temnoty a děsu. Pásy starého buldozeru lomozí, rez odpadává. Poslouchám novou deskou slovenských death metalistů BLOODY REDEMPTION.
Starý, plesnivý death metal nesmí nikdy zemřít! Tímto heslem se řídím již dlouhá léta a pokaždé, když na svých toulkách podzemím potkám smečku jako BLOODY REDEMPTION, rozjasní se má tvář do radostného šklebu. Kapela je, stejně jako já, plně oddána základním hrobnickým pravidlům. Jsou nekompromisní, valiví, rezaví a hudebně špinaví, přesně jak se ve slušné mrtvolné společnosti patří. Praskají kosti pod pásy buldozeru vyrobeného stejně jako hudba někdy tak v roce 1990. "Infected Minds" se mi zalíbilo natolik, že jsem pokračoval ve své bohu protivné práci ještě dlouho poté, co už všichni odešli domů.
Kdybychom se podívali na"Infected Minds" okem současného death metalového strávníka, tak se nejedná vlastně o nic nového, stylotvorného, ani převratného. BLOODY REDEMPTION je dobře v jejich staré kryptě, v jejich oblíbených rakvích. Hraje se spíše ve středním tempu, s "jednoduchými" riffy, solidním zvukem a pro mě osobně parádním "osmdesátkovým" obalem. Tohle je hudba pro staré bardy, kteří neradi přeřvanost současnosti. Kapela působí jako poslové z dávných dob, kteří se vrátili, aby nám osvěžili paměť. Ano, takhle se hrálo v časech mého mládí a tak je jasné, že se mi novinka těchto šílenců velmi pozdává. Mám totiž rád, když se pohřbívá ještě hezky postaru, do země. Mě do moderního krematoria nedostanete. K podobné morbidní krmi nemám žádných výraznějších větších připomínek, snad jen některé skladby mohly být kratší. Pokud tedy máte chuť na reálný, valivý, rezavý a poctivý death metal staré školy, tak neváhejte. Vy ostatní vezměte nohy na ramena a mazejte rychle pryč. Dobrá hrobnická práce!

We are throwing a bunch of rotten bones in front of us. The task was clear, dig a mass grave and bury all without names. It is difficult and demanding job full of darkness and terror. The tracks of an old bulldozer lump, the rust fails. I am listening to a new album of Slovak death metal band BLOODY REDEMPTION.
An old mouldy death metal must never die! I have been following this rule for many years and every time I see a band like BLOODY REDEMPTION while I am walking underground, my face shines into a joyous grin. This band is (just like me) fully devoted to the basic gravestone rules. They are uncompromising, rolling, rusty and musically dirty just like it should be in a society of deaths. Bones are cracking under the bulldozer which was made in the same year as this music, around 1990. “Infected Minds” is so good that I continued with my horrible work even after everyone else left the work.
If we take a look on the album „Infected Minds” with an eye of a current death metal dude, we would see that this is not anything new or revolutionary. BLOODY REDEMPTION feel good in their own crypt, in their favourite coffin. They rather play in a moderate pace with “simple” riffs, solid sound and for me their “80s” cover is amazing. This music is for old men who do not like the screams of today´s music. The band feels like messengers from ancient times who came back to refresh our memory. Yes, this is how music was played when I was young so there is no doubt that I like this album by madmen. I like when burring is done in the old way, in the ground. You cannot put me in a modern crematorium. I do not have any significant comments about such morbid food, maybe just one – some songs might be too long for me. So if you want to listen to real, rolling, rusty and honest old school death metal, do not hesitate! And the others, run away really fast. Good grave-digger´s work!
CD 2017, Sevared Records Rodila se ve mě postupně, rostla každým dnem, každou nespravedlností, která na mě byla spáchána. Byla jako houba, plíseň, která se pomalu usazuje uvnitř. Nahlodávala mě, drtila, přetvařovala k obrazu svému. Moje vlastní nenávist. Určitě taky někdy máte pocit, že byste nejraději vzali do ruky kladivo a šli do nejbližšího opuštěného domu vymlátit všechna okna. Zrovna nedávno jsem si říkal, že už by to bylo potřeba. A tak jsem si nasadil do uší novou desku španělských brutálních death metalistů DYING. Kladivo, ani vztek, nic z toho nebylo potřeba. Hudba ze mě zase jednou vymlátila poslední zbytky sil a zůstal jsem čistý, klidný a spokojený. Tohle album totiž očišťuje a zabíjí zároveň.
Na albu "No Mercy for Us" se vlastně neděje vůbec nic nového. Jedná se o krystalickou klasiku z doby, kdy světu vládly smečky jako IMMOLATION, NILE, SUFFOCATION a ostatní tradiční kapely. Brutalita smíchaná s temnotou a krví v přesně tom správném poměru. Nahrávka se velmi dobře poslouchá, je náležitě houpavá, dunivá, masakrující. DYING odvádějí velmi dobré řemeslo, i když samozřejmě, dnes se hraje již trošku jinak. Mě ale smrt v tomto provedení vyhovuje, mám ji v oblibě. Deska působí jako opuštěný operační sál, na kterém se nedávno stalo spousta nepravostí. Ano, ta zaschlá krev vypovídá příběhy plné násilí. Stejně jako "No Mercy for Us". Kosti praskají, střeva se válejí všude kolem a z mrazících boxů se ozývají dlouhé bolestivé skřeky. Vypadá to, že vše je v nejlepším pořádku. Máme všichni vždycky na výběr, buď vzít do ruky sekyru, kladivo a nebo si pustit brutální death metal. Troufám si říct, že po téhle nahrávce budu sahat často. Velmi dobré album, které ctí základy stylu!

Nahrávka působí jako srážka s pořádně rozjetým vlakem. Doporučuji všem hudebním patologům, všem fanouškům smrtícího masakru. Brutální death metalové album, které zabíjí na potkání! Skvělá morbidní práce!

The new album by DYING is full of death metal violence. It´s a hit between eyes, uncompromising material which will smash you. This combination of cruel riffs, amazing sound and huge pressure makes this album a very hurtful brutal death album. This is a classic brutal death metal which will soak your face in a puddle of blood. No concessions, no rest. Just cruel riffs, sharp voice and falling pieces of your body. "No Mercy for Us" cuts like a power saw which is impossible to turn off. Carve it, hang it on hooks and discard it on a cluster after draining. All of those fans of the classic brutal death metal should pay attention. There has been cooked a very bloody mash in the Spain. The album feels like a fast train accident. I would suggest it to all musical pathologists, all fans of death massacre. Brutal death metal album which kills everything, everywhere! Amazing morbid work!

Ave, can you introduce your band to our readers? – When was it founded and what style of music do you play , etc.?
Well, dying was formed in 2000 starting as a trio, we are currently composing it; Fernando and Pepe to the guitars, Angel to the voice, Tony to the drums and Pablo to the bass, to mention also to Miguel, that participated in all the process of our new album and that decided to leave the band just before publishing it. As far as the styles we have practiced go from a thrash / death of the beginning, a death metal oldschool of our first album and until the brutal death of the present time. The style of the band evolves with the passage of time and with the incorporation of new members, contributing each their way of understanding music, always maintaining a core "death".
Where and under what conditions were you recording the new album? Who was in charge of sound, production and mastering?
The album was recorded in Seville during the 2015/16. Ruben rodriguez, of neburzone pro. Sevared record released 500 copies of our album "no mercy for us" and More Hate Productions released another 500 copies with an extra dvd of a live that we made in seville. The two editions have been in cd format and edited in the month of April of this year. In other formats, of course, we are open to any possibility and we would love to have a vinyl edition or even a cassette, but we need a label ready to do it, so if anyone is reading us, let them contact the band .
Who is the author of the lyrics and how were they created and about what do the lyrics deal with?
The creator of the lyrics has been an angel, vocalist of the band, each letter is different, are not related to each other and if with the title of the album, are different points of view and different topics, there are letters that speak of the apocalyptic world as The arrival of decadence with a "lovecrafniano" approach, and the apocalyptic stop breathing, with the vision of a mother with a child in her arms who stop breathing, we also have lyrics of social thematics as in throne of lies, all the pigs that control the power of this world and how they manipulate us at will, and even real letters like the case of the chronicles of insanity songs, which goes from bloody veridical facts of a paranoid of which, we also have a videoclip, and humans that gives us a description of humanity in the most terrible form. Pu-239 that is related to the one of a nuclear incident like the one that happened in chernobil and that it was said that it would never be repeated again (this letter was written after what happened in fukushima), when in the end it was repeated in Japan, Pu-239 is the type of plutonium that was released that day and that it takes in dissipating 24000 years. The logo was created by Angel when he was not yet a member of the band. This is all very underground, I mean, we have to opt for everything and see that we get, so we tried several stamps of the bouquet here in Spain and abroad, in Spain and Portugal there was some interest but in the end could not be reached an agreement. Which bands do you idolise and where do you get your inspiration?

We have played with massacre, Colombians, among many other bands, also national and from different places in the country, but our most special concert was the one recorded in dvd format here in sevilla and edited together with the "no mercy for us" With more hate productions, was special because it was recorded with multicam and the result was great. In our concerts we always try to prepare them as best as possible, but we always let ourselves go, and of course we always give everything and enjoy them to the fullest.
