Studená místnost, temnota v duši. Jsi největším hříšníkem. Zabil si a všechno zničil. Je to jednoduché. Zase ti bude odpuštěno. Vražda ve jménu víry, stále dokola se to opakuje. Lidé se nikdy nepoučí. Zástupy kněžích, s lehkým úsměvem na tváři. Ve jménu dobra poklekni a modli se. Zneuctěný, ponížený, život se stane pomstou. Děsí tě stíny i postavy na obrazech. Morbidní galerie, jsi další na řadě.
Rakouští THEOTOXIN se rouhají ze své podstaty. Jsou věrni těm nejstarším odkazům black a death metalu. Působí jako poslové ze záhrobí, jako jezdci apokalypsy. Při poslechu jsem stál sám uprostřed davu a užíval si nekonečně chladné a špinavé melodie. Víra tvá tě tentokrát rozhodně neuzdraví!
Ze skladeb je cítit intenzita, agresivita, hnis a nenávist. Přesně takhle to mám rád. Rakušané se drží klasických, tradičních postupů. A dělají to velmi dobře, s vlastní invencí. Nejdůležitější je pro ně ponurá, děsivá a zahnívající atmosféra. Opravdu mám pocit, že jsem se ocitl ve starých, opuštěných katakombách, kde se odehrávaly ve jménu víry, šílené a hnusné věci. Riffy jsou od krve a smrdí sírou. Pokud bych měl potom tvorbu THEOTOXIN k někomu přirovnat, volil bych staré desky BEHEMOTH, BELPHEGOR, MGLA, DIMMU BORGIR. "Fragment : Totenruhe" je v rámci žánru propracovaným albem se spoustou zajímavých momentů, s řezajícím zvukem. Fanoušci ozvěn ze záhrobí budou určitě spokojeni. A nejen oni. Osobně se mi nejvíc líbí nadšení a odhodlání, se kterým kapela bojuje s démony. Studená místnost, temnota v duši. Jsi největším hříšníkem. Zabil si a všechno zničil. Je to jednoduché. Rozdrásá jim obličej do krve, zničí je a očistí tenhle svět od slepé víry. Na závěr mi zbývá napsat jen jediné. "Fragment : Totenruhe" je skvělým počinem, pro všechny, kteří rádi tráví svůj čas ve stínech. Black death metalový oheň, který vás spálí na popel!

The Austrian THEOTOXIN are blaspheming by their very nature. They are true to the oldest legacies of black and death metal. They act as messengers from beyond the grave, as horsemen of the apocalypse. Listening to them, I stood alone in the middle of the crowd and enjoyed the endlessly cold and dirty melodies. Your faith will definitely not heal you this time!

The songs reek of intensity, aggression, pus and hatred. That's how I like it. The Austrians stick to classic, traditional methods. And they do it very well, with their own inventiveness. The most important thing for them is the gloomy, terrifying and decaying atmosphere. I really feel like I'm in an old, abandoned catacomb where crazy and ugly things used to happen in the name of faith. The riffs are covered in blood and smell of sulphur. If I had to compare THEOTOXIN's work to someone, I would choose the old BEHEMOTH, BELPHEGOR, MGLA, DIMMU BORGIR records. "Fragment : Totenruhe" is a sophisticated album within the genre, with a lot of interesting moments and a cutting sound. Fans of echoes from beyond the grave will definitely be satisfied. And not only them. Personally, what I like most is the enthusiasm and determination with which the band fights demons. The cold room, the darkness in the soul. You are the greatest sinner. You killed and destroyed everything. It's as simple as that. You'll be forgiven again. Murder in the name of faith, over and over again. People never learn.
