Pokaždé, když k nám přivezou mrtvolu s rozdrceným obličejem, tak přemýšlím, jak k tomu došlo. Někdy to bývají bouračky, jindy zase kladivo nebo velká palice. Vyražené zuby, poškozené tkáně a mozek vyteklý ven. Občas někomu urazí celou hlavu. Leží vedle a jakoby se usmívala. V těchto případech je to jasné. Dotyčný si stoupl k velkým reproduktorům a zapnul play. K tanci a poslechu mu hrála nová nahrávka brutalistů UNMERCIFUL.

Tahle kapela pro mě vždy byla definicí toho, co mám na brutálním death metalu rád. Jejich hudba je krvavá, špinavá a nepostrádá takový ten pradávný tlak a energii. Jedná se o klasický masakr se spoustou zajímavých momentů. Doporučuji otočit volume doprava. Jen si dejte pozor, aby vám novinka neutrhla hlavu.

Členové ORIGIN na to jdou ostře a nekompromisně. Od minule došlo ke změnám na postu zpěváka (Josh Riley). Nutno rovnou dodat, že odvedl skvělou práci. Nové album získalo jeho příchodem na ještě větší intenzitě. Není to ale jenom povedený vokál, je to i parádní masivní a perfektně nasekaný zvuk (Clint Appelhanz - producer, mixing, Alan Douches - mastering), který dodává novému albu takovou tu masakrální surovost, kterou máme u extrémního metalu všichni tolik rádi. Zkrátka a dobře, po formální stránce je vše v nejlepším pořádku. Můžete se tak v klidu soustředit na muziku samotnou, která vám vyrve všechny vnitřnosti z těla a samozřejmě poláme i kosti. Vaše lebka pukne tlakem. Jakoby mě kapela při každém poslechu přikovala na zeď, samozřejmě hlavou doků. Skladby jsou napsány s elegancí starých mistrů (pokud máte rádi SUFFOCATION, HATE ETERNAL, DEICIDE, CANNIBAL CORPSE, KRISIUN, MORBID ANGEL, jste tu správně). Osobně si potom nejvíc užívám takovou tu krvavě chladnou a temnou morbidní náladu, která se vine celým albem jako jedovatý had. UNMERCIFUL opět dokazují, že jsou ve skvělé formě. Čtvrté dlouhohrající album se opravdu povedlo, to vám klidně podepíšu vlastní krví. Zapomenout bych neměl ani na ďábelský motiv na obalu, jehož autorem je mistr Santiago Jaramillo. Zkrátka a dobře, pokud máte rádi krutost v death metalu, jemné technické nuance a obdivujete kapely, které se s tím moc nepářou, potom určitě ochutnejte. Pokaždé, když k nám přivezou mrtvolu s rozdrceným obličejem, tak přemýšlím, jak k tomu došlo. Někdy to bývají bouračky, jindy zase kladivo nebo velká palice. Vyražené zuby, poškozené tkáně a mozek vyteklý ven. Občas někomu urazí celou hlavu. Morbidní, temný a syrový brutální death metal, který vám urve hlavu i s páteří! Absolutní masakr!

This band has always been for me the definition of what I love about brutal death metal. Their music is bloody, dirty and doesn't lack that ancient pressure and energy. This is classic carnage with lots of interesting moments. I recommend turning the volume to the right. Just be careful not to let the novelty go to your head.

The members of ORIGIN are going at it sharply and uncompromisingly. Since the last time there have been changes in the vocalist position (Josh Riley). It must be said that he did a great job. The new album has gained even more intensity with his arrival. But it's not just the hilarious vocals, it's also the awesome massive and perfectly chopped sound (Clint Appelhanz - producer, mixing, Alan Douches - mastering) that gives the new album that massacre rawness we all love so much in extreme metal. In short, everything is formally in the best order. You can concentrate on the music itself, which will rip your guts out and, of course, break your bones. Your skull will burst from the pressure. It's like the band is pinning me to the wall every time I listen, with my head on the dock, of course. The songs are written with the elegance of the old masters (if you like SUFFOCATION, HATE ETERNAL, DEICIDE, CANNIBAL CORPSE, KRISIUN, MORBID ANGEL, you've come to the right place). Personally, then, I most enjoy that kind of bloody cold and dark morbid mood that winds through the whole album like a poisonous snake. UNMERCIFUL prove once again that they are in great shape. The fourth full-length album is a real success, I'll sign it with my own blood. I shouldn't forget the devilish motif on the cover, designed by master Santiago Jaramillo. All in all, if you like cruelty in death metal, subtle technical nuances and admire bands that don't mess with it too much, then definitely give it a try.
