Spálená země, hromady mrtvol v ulicích. Ne to není žádná válečná zóna, ani děsivá představa sci-fi autorů. Jedná se o krutou realitu. Moře plné jedu, lesy bez zvířat. Začalo to postupně, pomalu, plíživě. Lidé spojeni v jednu obrovskou síť začali ztrácet kontakt s realitou. Sérioví vrazi se stali celebritami. Chvilku všechno ještě fungovalo. Potom nastal konec. Všichni se začali zabíjet mezi sebou. Zůstaly jenom ruiny. A dystopický death metal, podobný tomu, co hrají maniaci z Norska - VOMITIZER.
Kapela, která se v roce 2023 rozhodla nás zničit svojí hudbou. Letos došlo k samovznícení a světlo světa spatřilo nové album, které je po okraj narvané tlakem, ostrými melodiemi, touhou ničit hudbou i takovou tou krvavou špínou, nasbíranou v hlubokém podzemí. Doporučuji poslouchat v absolutní tmě a chladu. Jinak apokalypsu nepřežijete.
Představte si špinavou stoku, která je pod každým větším městem. Je po okraj plná hnisu, odpadků, mrtvých zvířat i kostí. Smrdí zatuchlinou a nenávistí. Někde v těchto místech musela vznikat i tahle nahrávka. Má v sobě feeling z přelomu osmdesátých a devadesátých let minulého století. Také cítíte takový ten mokvající zápach rozkládajících se těl? Občas nechávají pánové vzpomenout na kapely jako BOLT THROWER, OBITUARY, NECROPHAGIA, DEATH. Těmi, i spoustou dalších se Norové volně inspirovali, přidali velkou hromadu vlastních nápadů a invence. Pro mě je potom nejdůležitější, že se nové album velmi dobře poslouchá, leze mi tak nějak samo do hlavy, dostává se do podvědomí. Jenom mívám neodbytný pocit, že bych měl vzít do rukou sekyru a jít rozsekat všechny obrazovky kolem mě, abych zničil jed, který z nich neustále proudí. Je to nahrávka, která je ohlodaná na kost. Je v ní uvěřitelnost, poctivost, takový ten heavy efekt, který v sobě mívají smečky, které mám rád. Není to nic pro slabé povahy ani pro fanoušky současných umělých produkcí. Jedná se o pravý opak. Objeví se samozřejmě i thrash metalové momenty, které dodávají celé nahrávce na ještě větší dynamice a surovosti. Zkrátka a dobře, pokud vám současný svět přijde až příliš prolhaný a děsivý, klidně se zavřete do své kobky jako já s tímhle albem. Určitě se nebudete nudit ani chvilku. Jedná se totiž o opravdový morbidní zážitek se vším, co k tomu patří. "Release the Rats" se vám dostane do krve! Syrový, morbidní death metal, který vás rozemele na prach! Děsivé dystopické ozvěny!

Scorched earth, piles of corpses in the streets. No, it's not a war zone, or a science fiction writer's horrifying fantasy. This is a harsh reality. A sea of poison, forests without animals. It started gradually, slowly, creeping. The people, united in one giant network, began to lose touch with reality. Serial killers became celebrities. For a while, everything still worked. Then it was over. Everyone started killing each other. All that was left were ruins. And dystopian death metal, like that of the maniacs from Norway - VOMITIZER.
A band that in 2023 decided to destroy us with their music. This year the spontaneous combustion happened and a new album saw the light of day, which is packed to the brim with pressure, sharp melodies, the desire to destroy with music and such bloody dirt, collected in the deep underground. I recommend listening in absolute darkness and cold. Otherwise you won't survive the apocalypse.
Imagine the dirty sewer that is under every major city. It's filled to the brim with pus, garbage, dead animals and bones. It stinks of stench and hatred. Somewhere in these places, this recording must have been made. It's got a late '80s/early '90s feel to it. Do you also smell that musty smell of decomposing bodies? Sometimes the gentlemen make you think of bands like BOLT THROWER, OBITUARY, NECROPHAGIA, DEATH. These, and many others, were loosely inspired by the Norwegians, adding a great deal of their own ideas and inventiveness. For me the most important thing is that the new album is very easy to listen to, it somehow gets into my head, it gets into my subconscious. I just have this insistent feeling that I should take an axe in my hands and go chop up all the screens around me to destroy the poison that keeps flowing out of them. It's a record that's been chewed to the bone. There's a believability to it, an honesty to it, that heavy effect that the packs I like have. It's not for the faint of heart, or for fans of current artificial productions. It is the opposite. Of course, there are thrash metal moments that add even more dynamism and rawness to the whole record. In short, if you find the current world too lying and scary, feel free to lock yourself in your dungeon like I did with this album. You won't be bored for a moment. This is a real morbid experience with everything that goes with it. "Release the Rats" will get into your blood! Raw, morbid death metal that will grind you to dust! Terrifying dystopian echoes!
