Podle zaschlých stop na zdi můžeme určit, jakým směrem byl veden řez. Rezavý nůž, pomalu zajíždějící do hrdla. Vyděšené oči oběti, je další v řadě. Kamenný oltář, hluboko v podzemí. Pod prokletým kostelem, v katakombách, ve kterých je stále cítit zkažená krev a nenávist. Nové album amerických tmářů, které je druhým dlouhohrajícím, je opět morbidní vzpomínkou na pradávné rituály smrti. I po letech je zde cítit bolest, navždy otištěná do zdí. Slyším šepot nemrtvých, vidím postavy v kápích, odříkávající zvrácené modlitby.
HEXORCIST jsou kapelou, která dokáže všechny ponuré, pochmurné, doomové nálady zhmotnit a vypálit do svých skladeb. I nové album hoří jasným černým plamenem. Kříže jsou obrácený směrem dolů, inkvizitor se stále usmívá a kobky jsou plné nevinných, kteří se vzepřeli slepé víře a klanění se dávno padlým modlám. Tohle je přesně odrůda death metalu, nasáklého naprostou tmou a zlem, která koluje i v mých žilách. Nové album vás roztrhá na kusy a spálí na popel!
Ve skladbách je něco hnisavého, děsivého, špinavého, co mě neustále nutí se vracet a znovu zapínat play. Poslouchám novinku dole ve sklepě, několik metrů v podzemí a musím potvrdit, že zde, v naprosté tmě a chladu vynikne nejvíce. Skladby jsou opět velmi dobře napsány, řežou a pálí. Na povrchu jsou omotané studenými pevnými pavučinami, uvnitř ale hoří, žhnou a drásají. Válka nebi byla znovu vyhlášena a HEXORCIST mi připomínají jezdce apokalypsy, kteří dlouhé roky spali v temných kobkách, aby se znovu vydali na náš svět, pomstít všechna příkoří, která se jim kdy stala. Nové album má syrový, ostrý, nekompromisní a náležitě špinavý zvuk. Apokalyptický motiv na obalu mě utvrzuje v tom, že jsem zde správně. Podobný death metal mám stejně jako tahle smečka dávno zakódovaný v DNA. Pokud máte rádi kapely jako DEICIDE, VITAL REMAINS, MORBID ANGEL, ANGELCORPSE, SARCÓFAGO, NECROVORE, ale i třeba BLASPHEMY, PERDITION TEMPLE, DIABOLIC, IMPRECATION, IMPIETY, potom jste zde správně. Poslouchat novou nahrávku "Crucificial Imprecations & Evil Reaping Death" mi opravdu nejvíce připomíná starodávný obřad pro vyvolávání temných sil. Satan sedí na svém trůnu, usmívá se a kývá se stejně jako já spokojeně do rytmu. Žádné kompromisy, žádné zbytečnosti, jenom spalující a smrtící oheň, po kterém zůstává zničená země a prokleté duše. Nic jiného zde nenajdete. Není to deska pro slabé povahy, ale absolutní undergroundová záležitost, kterou ocení všichni prokletí, démoni i nemrtví. Američané jsou ve skvělé formě, silnější než kdy dřív. Roztrhají vás na kusy, přikovou na zeď a spoutají pevnými řetězy, ukovanými z té nejkvalitnější oceli. Absolutní death metalová negace dobra! Totálně zničující album, po okraj narvané hnisem, okultismem, zkaženou krví a nenávistí! Nahrávka, která vás roztrhá na kusy a navěky prokleje!

There’s something festering, terrifying, and filthy about these tracks that constantly compels me to go back and hit play again. I’m listening to the new album down in the basement, several meters underground, and I have to say that it really shines here, in the utter darkness and cold. The tracks are, once again, very well written they cut deep and burn. On the surface, they’re wrapped in cold, solid cobwebs, but inside they burn, blaze, and tear at your soul. War has been declared on heaven once again, and HEXORCIST remind me of the horsemen of the apocalypse, who slept for many years in dark dungeons only to return to our world and avenge all the injustices ever done to them. The new album has a raw, sharp, uncompromising, and appropriately dirty sound. The apocalyptic motif on the cover confirms that I’m in the right place. Like this pack, I’ve had this kind of death metal encoded in my DNA for a long time. If you like bands like DEICIDE, VITAL REMAINS, MORBID ANGEL, ANGELCORPSE, SARCÓFAGO, NECROVORE, but also BLASPHEMY, PERDITION TEMPLE, DIABOLIC, IMPRECATION, and IMPIETY, then you’ve come to the right place. Listening to the new album "Crucificial Imprecations & Evil Reaping Death" really reminds me most of an ancient ritual for summoning dark forces. Satan sits on his throne, smiling and swaying contentedly to the beat, just like me. No compromises, no frills just a searing, deadly fire that leaves behind a ravaged land and damned souls.
