Usekané ruce, prostřelené lebky, strach a beznaděj.

Pochodujeme nadšeně a odhodlaně, z každého tónu, úderu bicích cítím prach cesty, vypálená města, vidím před sebou hromady mrtvých v příkopech. Kolem poletují jiskry a všichni vtipkují. A teď už mě prosím nechte. Musím pochodovat dál. Válečná symfonie smrti!

Asphyx says:

Fighting ghosts is very difficult and challenging. They say the war is long over, but everything keeps coming back to you. Chopped hands, skulls covered, fear and despair. You already thought everything was fine, but she came back in terrifying dreams. Death from the trenches, adrenaline of victory, grief of the executed. You can still see the faces of your friends in front of you. Dead or alive? We are just ghosts without souls, numbers in an infinite series. For money, for glory, for faith. Eventually we will all die. Or not?

Ukrainian black death doom interpreters are a very original body. They've done it on their previous albums. Their work is very believable, majestic, demonic. It is no secret that the theme of the texts is the First World War. There are few, really few bands that could absorb me so much. I stand listening directly in the trenches and dozens of soldiers are dying around me.

A cold, chilling sound, reminiscent of an encounter with demons. The magic cover will introduce you to the game, which is not a game. And that's the best thing about 1914. I trust their music, enthusiasm, determination. This year, too, it is a war opus. With references to BOLT THROWER, ASPHYX, AMON AMARTH, SEPTIC FLESH. I really feel like one of the crowd. We march enthusiastically and determinedly, from every tone, the impact of the drums, I feel the dust of the road, the burned-out cities, I see piles of the dead in the ditches in front of me. It's like walking through a graveyard full of white crosses. Everyone tells one destiny, one ruined life. Missiles are flying around and I'm thinking which one is for me. I like interludes, working with Nick Holmes from PARADISE LOST. It is a complex, compact work, a recording that is very intelligently composed. Plus, I really enjoy listening to her. It's evening and we're looking into the fire. Sparks fly around and everyone jokes. He knows very well that tomorrow may be their last. Unfortunately, history keeps repeating itself. I'm glad that someone can remind her so tastefully, sensibly. Great musicians with a clear message. And now please leave me. I have to march on. War Symphony of Death!
